Spending Time With Other Dogs
Working pet parents can mean dogs are spending their day alone without human contact or a potty break. Doesn’t spending the day with their fellow dogs sound more fun? At Wag Resort Dog DayCare, our furry friends have a blast interacting with other dogs in the large indoor and outdoor play areas! Our staff is extensively trained in dog body language and who can play with whom; this ensures that your dog will have a safe and fun experience. Our staff is actively involved with all DayCare dogs, monitoring their behaviors and applying training techniques to promote good habits!
Behavioral Issues
So many canine behavioral issues stem from those daytime hours when dogs are home alone. Many dogs get into avoidable trouble when left alone; destroying belongings, excessive barking, pottying in the house – all of this is avoidable. Dogs who attend daycare get the exercise and socialization they crave and your household is spared from destruction – a win/win for both of you! Exercise
While walks with the family can be a great way to bond and get a little exercise, it’s simply not enough for active dogs. Getting sufficient daily exercise really improves a dog’s quality of life. Hyperactive dogs are calmer, anxious dogs are more relaxed and destructive dogs are too tired to destroy!
